Change Up Ground for Venture Companies
POSCO opened a public-private partnership incubator facility named ‘Change Up Ground’ in TIPS Town(Korean version of Silicon Valley), Seoul. The incubator facilities would change the future of startups and act as a ground to upgrade their business. Change Up Ground currently houses 28 startups in various fields that include bio, materials, and AI. It has a studio where the startups can easily create video contents and many other support infrastructure including seminar rooms, event hall, and video conference rooms.
POSCO intends to further create a startup infrastructure in Pohang and Gwangyang as well to enable startups and venture companies to closely cooperate in conducting research, inducing investment, and interchanging technologies.

Idea Market Place
Starting in 2011, POSCO has provided brainstorming venues for aspiring and novice entrepreneurs. The company has been actively supporting excellent business ventures through direct investment, recommendations to TIPS, and training in business creation. POSCO has invested in 102 promising ventures through Idea Marketplace, with the total fund amounting to KRW 17. 5 billion.
