Our investment into securing new growth engines and revitalizing local economies is realized in several dynamic forms, from the Venture Fund of KRW 1 trillion to the Venture Valley and the Idea Marketplace for entrepreneurs.
Our management practices center on environmental conservation, and we exert our best efforts to continually make our production process more eco-friendly and minimize the discharge of pollutants. We also take the lead in protecting the marine ecosystem as evidenced by the creation of marine forests using steelmaking byproducts.

POSCO Youth Dream is an employment and startup education program that provides practical support for those seeking jobs and opportunities to start their own businesses. Our workplace childcare centers, the first of their kind in the domestic manufacturing industry open to not only POSCO employees but also the employees of our partners and other POSCO Group companies, are aimed at setting the example of easing the burden on working parents and resolving the nation’s low birth rate issue.
